As an employee with MPower Direct, you will engage with customers Face-to-Face ensuring satisfaction by delivering quality customer service.

You must also be detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. It is also vital to your role , that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and that you possess the ability to easily establish rapport with your customers.
